Our Beef

From our family farm to your family table.

Quality beef starts with quality cattle

All of our beef is produced right here on our farm in Chilton. We invest in the best cattle genetics to perform in our environment. We select animals to produce large, well-muscled cuts filled with marbling and flavor.

Quality Care

Animal care and welfare comes first for us. We firmly believe that if we take care of them they'll take care of us. That's why we maintain our Beef Quality Assurance Certification (BQA), a national training program focused on animal husbandry techniques and scientific knowledge to raise cattle under optimum conditions. 

Quality Feed Ingredients

Our animals start their life on grass and their mother's milk. After weaning, we transition to a high grain diet, balanced with vitamins and minerals to promote a high-quality eating experience. 

Quality Processing

We utilize two local family owned processors to harvest our beef animals. Brillion Butcher Shop and Hickory Hills Country Meats are state inspected facilities that ensure a high quality product all the way to your freezer. 

Our Process

We sell beef as whole, half, or quarter animals by the hanging weight.

Contact us to let us know you are interested.

 

We will coordinate a date for your animal to be processed. When it is time for your animal to be processed, we will contact you, let you know the hanging weight and connect you directly with the processor.

 

You will the let the processor know what cuts you would like. If you're unsure, they'll walk you through all of your options.

 

Processing costs ($1.10/lb + fees) are paid directly to the butcher and $3.15/lb hanging weight is paid to Riveredge Farms.

 

Pick up your beef from the processor when it is ready, take it home and enjoy!
